Shifts Available: Mon - Friday 0700 - 1300 /1600 - 2200 & Sat & Sun 1800 -2200

Job Description
What you’ll do
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Children’s Complex Care Assistant supporting our client in their own home. In this role you will be providing all aspects of high level care for the individual specific client’s needs and being part of a dedicated care team. You will play a crucial role in provide high quality and patient centre care within a dynamic healthcare environment. This position demands a strong commitment to excellence, compassion, and a comprehensive understanding of complex care . You will collaborate with the wider care team to ensure the well-being of clients and contribute to positive health outcomes.
We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
Previous experience in childcare and ideally peg feeding as well as plenty of care, compassion, and resilience.
