Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and tailored support to young individuals with various needs.
- Work directly in service within Canvey Island.
- Offer assistance in areas such as Learning Disability, complex needs, emotional needs, mental health, and challenging behavior.
- Adapt to a variety of shifts including long days, sleep-ins, and nights.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young adults (minimum 3 years).
- PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) or restraint training.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
- Full Work experience.
