Key Responsibilities of the Residential Support Worker:
Be a cornerstone of direct care, offering unwavering support and guidance in a residential setting. Qualifications and Requirements:
While prior experience in residential care is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement. A genuine, compassionate disposition devoted to the well-being of children and young people. Stellar interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with children, colleagues, and external experts. Poise, perseverance, and composure in challenging circumstances. Dedication to the welfare and safeguarding of young individuals. Flexibility to embrace shifts, including evenings and weekends. Minimum age of 21 years (as per legislative stipulations).
