Children's Registered Manager

Hays are proud to be bringing you this exclusive vacancy of a registered children's manager. This company is well established within social care, having 3 different sites across the Colchester area and specialising in emotional and behavioural disorders for young people aged 10-18.
The service that you will be managing will provide vital therapeutic support for children who unfortunately have suffered abuse in the past and now suffer with EBD and trauma. This organisation understands how challenging and difficult being a Registered Manager can be, so in order to support you, there is a team that will manage the staffing rota, complete compliance, staffing recruitment and a maintenance team that will keep on top of all repair roles inside the service. This will provide you with extra time to focus on other tasks that require your attention.
They are looking for a Registered Manager or a deputy manager that is looking for the step-up. If you do not have your NVQ 5, don't worry, you will be enroled and given study time to give you the best chance of success. The salary starts at 48k.
To be considered for this position, you must have children's residential management experience and be currently living and have a right to work in the UK.
