My client based in Blackpool are looking for Residential Support Workers Children's Residential and Team Leaders for the Children's Service 2-3 Bedded Homes.
Requirements of role;
Providing a positive and enriching living experience that achieves the best outcomes for the young people
Supporting the young people's emotional needs
Leading, mentoring and motivating staff teams
Providing formal supervision and managing staff performances
Design, implement and monitor the care and education plans
Ensuring the smooth-running of the home within regulation requirements and guidelines
Undertaking wider operational tasks when required
Requirements:
Level 3 Diploma in the Children and Young People's Workforce H&S Care Level 3 or equivalent
Experience working within a childcare setting or with young people
Full Driving Licence
Pay Rates range between 11.00 and 12.50 Per Hour.
Sleep in's paid at 85.00 per sleep.
Hours will be between 10am and 10pm with sleep in's after this on top.
Plus staff bonuses, health plans with also other perks and benefits.
Pay will also increase in April this is currently in review.
