Your duties in this role with involve, but are not limited to;
- Preparing and filing Trade Mark applications
- Handling assignments, which is a large part of this role
- Corresponding with clients and managing queries relating to IP
- Liaising with the attorneys both locally and internationally
- Remaining up-to-date on client details and updating internal systems accordingly
- Many other ad hoc duties
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role handling Trade Mark tasks, those with assignments experience will be looked upon favourably. As well as this, candidates should be comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team. The CITMA qualification is essential.
