THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor with a construction litigation background to join a well established in house team
As a key team member, you will be responsible for handling Professional Indemnity claims against Construction Professionals, providing advice on liability, managing claims from start to finish, working alongside professionals and external advisers, participating in mediation's and hearings

THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this exciting in house opportunity, you will have previous relevant experience gained from working in a law firm or in house.
You will relevant Professional Indemnity experience ideally 50% of your time will be spent handling architects or surveyors claims
