We are looking for a customer service professional with experience in call handling and contents and gadgets claims that are wanting to expand on their experience or join a new sector.
Where: Hybrid with our Newcastle under Lyme office, ST5
When: Monday - Friday, 7.5 hours per day, with a 1 hour lunch, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £20,500pa - £25,000pa DOE
What you will be doing:
- Owning a caseload of insurance claims across a multi-client team
- Being available to field calls from customers, clients and suppliers.
- Being responsible for the pivotal part of the customer journey regarding their insurance claim
- Engaging with clients, customers, and suppliers via an omni channel approach which includes email, phone, and our bespoke messaging service
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous Insurance industry experience (Household) - desirable but not essential
- Good IT skills with the ability to use multiple systems (Microsoft, bespoke packages)
- Good communication skills
- Good organisation skills
