An experienced Claims Operations Manager is required to join a Global Loss Adjusters where you will join a dedicated and fully experienced Major Loss Property Claims team handling claims in excess of £100k and be responsible for overseeing a team of Major Loss Claims handlers and Major Loss Field Adjusters ensuring the team deliver a first-class customer service whilst providing a quality service to key clients. You will work hybrid between home and their London or Surrey base.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with Field Adjusters and Desk Claims Handlers
- Drive performance ensuring the deliverance of exceptional customer care and a quality service for Insurer clients.
- Ensure the team receive support to enable standards are met
- Mentor, train and develop all direct reports.
- Help the team achieve targets for service, technical reporting and quality.
- Meet financial targets set for the team.
- Carry out performance meetings with the team.
- Liaise with Insurer clients as and when required.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal customers and suppliers.
About you:
- Essential to have experience of handling complex property insurance claims up to £100k and in excess of
- Experience of managing desk handlers and field adjusters.
- Proven management skills and the ability to lead a high performing team dealing with HNW claims.
- Exceptional communications skills, written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under a pressure.
- Industry qualifications or working towards
- Full UK driving licence essential
