Our client are a fast growth business.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Operations Manager with previous experience working in a Claims Management business.
- Initially help the management team build out the backend processes of the CMC liasing with directors, development team and technology partner
- Manage the Ops executive who looks after processing of claims
- Optimising processes to help the CMC run as smoothly as possible
- Operational reporting into Directors weekly
Requirements
- Worked within a CMC/SRA firm for a minimum of 2-3 years
- Full understanding of the CMC process
- Experience in building processes for mass volume claims (PPI, Plevin etc)
- Management experience; must have experience developing and growing out a team
- Fully remote
