English Martyrs’, formed in 1965, is a Catholic Voluntary Academy, part of the Saint Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi Academy Trust, in the Diocese of Nottingham and admits children between the ages of 4 and 11 years. 

Our vision is to educate children in the spirit of the Gospel Values and the traditions of the Catholic Church, nurturing the talents and potential of each individual. You will be responsible for: 

  • Teaching a class, including planning, recording, assessing and meeting the social and learning needs of pupils
  • Maintaining the positive Catholic ethos and core values of the school
  • Fulfilling the professional responsibilities of a teacher and meeting the expectations set out in the Teachers’ Standards
