Job Title: Learning & Development Admin Assistant
Hours: 20 hours
Location: Hybrid, Edinburgh Based
Salary: £13,529.85 *Pending Pay Award (4 hours x 5 days)
The key purpose of the post of L&D Admin Assistant is to provide administrative support to the Learning and Development Team in line with Ark’s L&D systems and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain Scottish Social Services Registration (SSSC) database.
Monitor and respond to L&D inbox to answer queries.
Accurately input records into the Learning Management System.
Produce reports and communicate with managers regarding staff learning plans.
Support the coordination and delivery of all Learning and Development activities across the organisation including coordination of attendance, venues and materials.
Attend meetings and produce minutes; accurately maintain L&D department records.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERTISE
The post holder should display good interpersonal and customer service skills. It is also important candidate has strong attention to detail and ability to accurate input data in a timely manner. They will also display the ability to work independently and as part of a team; managing, prioritising and operating to tight deadlines. The post holder must also have the ability to gather and analyse information to respond to queries. They will also have good verbal and written communication skills with a good knowledge of Excel.
