We are looking for an experienced, or Early Career teacher who:
- Builds positive relationships with pupils and parents
- Is able to challenge and motivate pupils to succeed;
- Is a team player who enjoys collaborating to ensure a varied curriculum for all
- Uses assessment for learning confidently to promote rapid pupil progress over time
We are a well-resourced school with an attractive outdoor environment. We have a highly supportive leadership team, which grows and nurtures leaders at all levels ensuring a programme of high quality CPD for all staff.
Foundry Lane is currently in the stages of working towards academisation as part of the Gateway Trust. This will give the post-holder the opportunity to access a wide network of experience and knowledge to support them in this role working directly at Foundry Lane Primary School
