So as the Receptionist / Front of House Administrator you will,
- Be happy to meet and greet clients either over the phone or in person with a friendly smile and a positive attitude
- Manage the reception area which is your domain, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere from (phone number removed)pm (sometimes 8.15am where required)
- Assist the Centre Manager with day-to-day operations.
- Oversee support staff and maintain a positive work environment (as Assistant Manager).
- Assisting with meeting room management, including refreshments and administrative support
- Overseeing maintenance and cleaning staff
- Supporting sales and marketing efforts
- Assisting with client arrivals, moves, and departures
- Occasionally travelling to Ashby de la Zouch and Castle Donington
