Receptionist

We are excited to be looking for a Receptionist to join our client’s front of house team based in Leicester on a part-time temporary basis with an Immediate Start.

Based on the front desk, you will be one of the first and last people our clients visitors see when on site.

Key responsibilities (but not limited to):

 Welcoming and signing in visitors
 Booking and managing customer appointments
 Maintaining a professional and clean reception area
 Scheduling appointments for new & existing customers.
 Supporting with all staff briefings, training days and course bookings.
 Offering a welcoming experience to customers and communicating with the rest of the team to support the rest of the staff.

The ideal candidate will be warm and engaging with good attention to detail and will be happy to meet and greet our visitors, managing the customer experience of those coming through our doors. You should have some customer service experience, whether reception-based or using transferable skills.

Working hours are variable and dependant on requirements.
