Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services
- Perform clerical duties such as, preparing pedicures, posting online social media, stocking up
- Maintain supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Manage and organize documents
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team

- Setting goals for the team

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor

This position offers an opportunity to work in an exciting salon environment where you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. You will have the chance to contribute to the smooth operation of the salon by providing administrative support.

Pay: From £10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
