Job RoleYour key responsibilities as a Client Host include but are not limited to:
- Greet clients and build relationships.
- Support colleagues with administrative tasks, managing diaries, arranging appointment, etc.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell services.
- Ensure anybody who comes to the business has a great experience and feels welcome.
Skills & Experience- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Great listening skills and solid communication in general.
- Experience in the property industry is preferable but not essential.
