We are looking for someone who will:
• Be an inspiring, highly skilled classroom practitioner with high expectations of all pupils
• Have a sound understanding of primary pedagogy
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Understand the rigors of the National Curriculum
• Focus clearly on the drive to lift all pupil attainment
• Promote positively SMSC and British Values
• Have experience of using a variety of assessment strategies, assessment data to ensure all pupils make at the good progress
• Have experience of teaching across KS2
