£36939.45 per annumClassroom Trainers – based at our Training Centres at Plumstead, Ash Grove and West Ham Garages
Come and join us and be part of our market leading, exciting and challenging business. As a Classroom Trainer you will deliver learning, development and training using a variety of techniques, whilst encouraging interaction and assisting with the development and motivation of our people.
The job role will also involve the delivery of the Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) accredited training courses, on-boarding, customer service and disability awareness training and PCV theory tuition, along with assisting with the administration, invigilating, assessment and evaluation of all training courses and awards.
The job demands individuals with excellent communication skills who are able to lead by example, motivate staff, and be flexible especially with regard to responding to our daily challenges.
Acting as mentors to new bus drivers during their first initial days with the company those appointed will need to promote the customer experience agenda, our safety culture and work in line with our equality, diversity and inclusion ethos during the training and up-skilling period.
The persons appointed will be required to gain accreditation in running DVSA CPC courses and have experience of delivering customer service and disability awareness training. You will need to evidence recent proven classroom training delivery and evidence of improvements you have made to training delivery as part of the selection process.
A recognised training qualification would be desirable.
