Employment Advisor / Trainer

As a Employment Advisor / Trainer, you will be instrumental in enhancing candidates’ employability skills, leading to successful outcomes in bootcamps, AEB, FCFJ, and apprenticeship programmes. Collaborating with our marketing and apprenticeship resourcing teams, you will support candidates through:

• Delivering online and face-to-face employability sessions
• Generating progression points and supporting self-driven job searches
• Tracking employment progressions in bootcamps, AEB & FCFJ
• Maintaining and developing client relationships
• Cross-selling our services and being a brand champion
• Managing performance in line with company expectations and ensuring compliance
