Cleaning Operative

I have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Cleaning Operative to work in a high security site in Capenhurst. You will be working for one of the largest Facilities Management Companies in the UK.

Monday - Thursday 8am - 4pm & Friday 8am - 2pm

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain designated areas, including but not limited to offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly
- Sanitizing surfaces and replenishing supplies as needed
- Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor
- Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols while performing cleaning tasks

Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment usage
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour
