They are currently looking for enthusiastic, committed, proactive, flexible candidates for exciting job opportunities as Cleaning Manager Support in London - Spanish and/or Portuguese desired.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manager Support (MS) position supports the Area Operations Manager (AOM) on the run of their portfolios, mainly focused on the operatives on the field.
PACKAGE
Basic Salary equivalent to £27K (Based on 40 hours per week @ £13 p/h). 40hr per week, Monday to Fridays and weekends availability. Schedule depends of the need of each area.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Cover cleaning operatives when needed
- Site visits for spot checking
- Stock check and control
- Site folders compliance
- Train new cleaning Operatives and re-train / refresh training when necessary
- Inform and train cleaners on new tasks or products
- Follow up complaints with the cleaning operatives
- Not announced site visits (surprise visits)
- Support and assist cleaners with their queries
- Make sure cleaners are all the time in uniform and presentable
- Assist the Area Manager with relevant information for wages process/timesheets
- Support the Area Manager with recruitment
- Support the Area manager with stock ordering
- Check if correct tasks and site specifics are being followed at all times
- Holiday Cover for the Area Manager
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
- Spanish and/or Portuguese preferable
- Cleaning experience essential
- MS Office, mainly Excel
- ability to work under pressure
- flexibility to work from Monday to Sunday, at any time
- own car preferable
