To provide an effective and efficient clerical support service to Assistant Managers and senior staff
Responsibilities
Provide an effective and efficient clerical support service to the Assistant Managers, Service Coordinators and senior staff
Provide a reception service for the team.
Budget control and other financial functions.
Maintain and create databases for monitoring purposes, annual leave entitlement, sick absences, etc.
The Individual
Experience of using relevant technology and equipment e.g. photocopier, E-mail, Intra/internet
Clerical/administration/typing experience
Experience of utilising a range of computer packages including Microsoft Office, Excel and Access
4 National 5’s or equivalent at level 3 or above inc English
Recognised word processing qualification.
Ability to use initiative when required.
A flexible approach to work and an ability to work under pressure.
Effective interpersonal skills both oral and written.
Ability to record information accurately.
Self-confident and self-motivated.
Effective customer care skills and focus.
Ability to work on own and as part of a team.
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
