As Client Account Manager, you are the lynchpin of the team ensuring that the team attend meetings and meet deadlines for their clients, attending meetings, managing documentation and coordinates processes.

Hybrid Work Environment: 4 days in the office and 1 day wfh (unless required in office)
This is a very varied role, requiring a high energy candidate who can multi-task, communicate well with clients, be supremely organised, prepare and check presentations and documents with great attention to detail and maintain records on the database. There is opportunity for progression as the company grows.
Responsibilities:
- Arranging and attending meetings
- Design and proofread all presentations and documents for release
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Updating records on the database
- Maintaining files for easy retrieval
- Organising events
- 18 months admin experience
- Graduate calibre
- Genuine interest in financial PR and stockmarket (will train)
- Excellent communication
- Great attention to detail
- Professional, sociable and team orientated
This role will have elements of working alone, but also in a team with some brilliant people. They have a strong group of Client Account Managers who are extremely close knit and reliable, so always happy to help out!
