On behalfof our client, aleading training provider, Apple Recruitment Services are delighted to be seekingan individual with a strong background in Customer Service and AccountManagement to join their growing team.
This isan exciting new opportunity to join a company with a presence in the UK and ROIat a time of growth. The Postholder will work from home however should be ableto travel to support events or visit client sites (rare occasion).
Reportingto the Director of Ireland, the Business Manager will manage a network ofProviders and Instructors to ensure quality of delivery and maximise the saleof products. The post holder can expect an ongoing learning process in thisrole as well as support and development opportunities.
Dutiesinclude:
ØProvide effective account management toProviders based across Ireland:
·Generateincome from the sale of products and services.
·Ensure thatProviders have a good knowledge of company products and understand the benefitof using same.
·Act as thefirst point of contact to manage and resolve enquiries effectively andefficiently.
·Providesupport to Providers regarding using the learner registration and award systemto support booking and learner achievement of training and qualifications.
·Workingclosely with the Director to understand the potential market for the company’sproducts across Ireland, based on engagement with Providers.
·In conjunctionwith the Director, identify gaps in Provider coverage and recruit new providersto fill the gaps.
ØBased on engagement with Providers, identifygaps in their Instructor’s skills and/or the skills in the network of FreelanceInstructors.
ØEngage with Freelance Instructors regardingthe addition of skills to supplement their current offering.
ØUndertake Quality Assurance visits to ensureProviders maintain the standard, in line with the company’s requirements.
ØUndertake observations of Instructors duringthe delivery of training, in line with company’s requirements.
ØSupport with secretariat duties, as required.
ØSupport project work carried out, asrequired.
ØSupport any additional industry programmes,as required.
ØUndertake any other tasks, as required.
ØEnsure the confidentiality and integrity ofall data relating to the role in according with GDPR and terms of employment.
ØSupport with arrangements for promotionalactivity, such as shows/events, including attendance at same.
ØSupport with the development of material forsocial media.
You will need:
•Understanding andexperience of good practice in customer account management.
•Experience offorging strong relationships with existing customers and driving loyalty andsales.
•Ability todevelop a knowledge of company’s products relevant to the regions.
•Ability toprioritise between competing calls on time and resources.
•Ability to workin a prioritised and methodical manner to ensure that actions are followedthrough to completion.
•Excellent ITskills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
•Excellentinterpersonal, telephone and listening skills.
•Goodproblem-solving skills.
•Able to drive /access to a car.
