This is a new role to further support the growth of the department . Managing a small team of hard working and dedicated Client Accountants looking to push the department to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
• Reporting to clients (standard and client specific reporting) ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are adhered to
• Principal point of contact for client queries, providing support and advice
• Carry out Balance Sheet reviews and remedial work, with full narrative
• Management a small team responsible for managing resource levels, performance management and development
• Compliance with Savills’s policies and procedures

Team Overview
The Birmingham client account team consists of the head of department, 2 senior managers at associate director level and 3 Team Leaders of an associate grade and a team of 15 Client Accountants/apprentices. The working environment is thriving as we continue to grow the best performing team within Savills.
