Job Title: Client Administrator
Salary: Circa £24,000
Location: Stevenage
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Works well in a fast paced environment.
Competent with MS packages.
RESPONSIBILITIES
First point of contact for clients, responding to any questions or queries.
Obtaining relevant documents from clients and registering them on the database.
Dealing with a high volume of queries via telephone and email.
Making outbound calls to clients with updates regarding queries.
Ensuring all information is maintained on the system.
Providing an excellent service at all times and ensure accurate information is relayed.
