Client Care Assistants. £25-£30k per annum. West London.
You are currently working in a customer facing role, this could be in retail, hospitality or healthcare. Your past industry isn’t so important to us, what’s essential though is you are a kind compassionate person who is genuinely interested in helping people.
Feeling disillusioned in your current role, spending more time selling to customers than actually helping them. You want to get back to what you do best, building relationships.
Targets are often focussed on maximising profits not relationships. The irony is the bottom line looks after itself when the client is your main focus. With staff shortages, you are working longer hours with shorter breaks, sound familiar?
Choosing a new role is a big decision. You don’t want more of the same, you want to get to know your clients in a friendly place, spend time with them, and work somewhere you genuinely feel appreciated.
Luckily there are still places like this and this one is hiring.
A brand new, innovative vet practice is opening two branches in early 2024 and they are looking to recruit Client Care Assistants to join their team. They are redesigning the entire veterinary experience making access to care seamless, joyful and every day. Combining modern elegance with first class pet care they are redefining the veterinary experience and building the vet group of the future.
An animal lover, you will be the face of the practice, hosting members, playing an important role in developing relationships with them and their pets. They are looking for somebody with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion to grow the business, developing and evolving with the role.
This key role will be split between front of house and admin responsibilities as well as helping to run the chat function, training given.
Comfortable and confident interacting with patients you must be professional, take pride in your work and remain calm when faced with emergency patients.
This is a 40 hour week role with 1 in 6 weekends and 1 bank holiday per year with time back or extra pay. They don’t believe in working their team into the ground, they want you rested and refreshed so you can be at your best.
As you are fundamental to the success of the practice, they need to reward you appropriately. Up to £30K per annum, 25 days holiday, pension, discounted vet bills should take care of that.
Located in a leafy part of London with great facilities nearby, lovely high street, coffee shops, museums, local tube station and within a short walk to Regents Park.
You are good at your job, you care, want to help and be the best you can be, most importantly you want somewhere you can learn, add value and call home.
So, what’s next?
Send your CV, don’t worry if it’s not up to date. We can’t get the whole story in a job ad so ask any questions. I’ll answer honestly, no hard sell.
Enjoy your job again working with a friendly supportive team.
