Our client is a leading Global Asset Manager with a broad range of successful funds, including private markets. They are hiring a Client Experience Associate. The role holder will be responsible for supporting the Head of Client Experience to measure and support the effectiveness of their client proposition.
Key responsibilities include: analysing and articulating client and business requirements, collating and contextualising client research, identifying and defining process improvements to improve Client Experience, evaluating developing client needs and industry trends, supporting the creation of business cases with well articulated client and business outcomes and helping to successfully deliver Client Experience projects and initiatives.
The successful candidate will be a self starter, possess proven experience gained in Client Experience, project or change management, business analysis or consulting, a good understanding of the asset management industry, strong communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a pressurised environment.
