We are currently working with a Local Authority who are looking to recruit a Client Manager to manage a contracted contractor.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide technical advice regarding matters of building safety legislation
- Take a lead on the effective governance of the contractor
- Carry out audits where appropriate, for example in relation to fire and electrical safety
- Lead on reviews regarding the council and the contractors agreement
Candidate job requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Understanding of building health and safety compliance, design and maintenance
- Experience working with council housing properties previously and an understanding of the legislation surrounding them
- Experience managing budgets
