Client Manager

Think Trevor James is currently working with a modern, growing firm near Wolverhampton looking for a Client Manager.

The firm have focused on their people offering and got it spot on over the last 12 months.

A 3/ hybrid split office/home, modern offices that make you glad you have gone in, great social events and as a firm continued growth offering opportunities for progression with the firm.

Alongside good quality work the firm try to ensure quality outside of work by switching off communication after hours so there is no point checking your emails, giving you the opportunity to truly switch off.

What will be expected of the Client Manager?

• Managing a portfolio of clients, who you’ll be building long-lasting relationships with
• Working alongside our Client Services Directors to identify opportunities for our clients
• Conducting accounts file reviews and tax planning
• Coaching & developing a team of Trainees and Semi-Senior Accountants

How will you be successful?

• You’ll be ACCA or ACA qualified
• You’ll love building relationships with clients, and helping shape their businesses
• You’re a leader that people want to follow
• You’ll be comfortable with software, with knowledge of Xero (or similar) and Excel
• You’ll have a proactive attitude
• You’re excited to immerse yourself in a business that is ambitious.
