Role:
Brook Green Supply are an independent B2B energy supplier with a specific focus on the large Industrial and Commercial sectors. This is a varied role working alongside a vastly experienced team, providing a fantastic career opportunity for an ambitious, flexible, and passionate individual.
You will be responsible for managing your portfolio of key account clients from the onboarding stage and ensuring they are provided with a high level of service through to the renewal stage. You will be the lead point of contact for all key account matters, anticipate the client's needs, and work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice production offering bespoke options where needed.
- Building and maintaining key account relationships.
- Manage all queries and questions in relation to your portfolio and ensure they are dealt with in line with business Service Agreement Levels.
- Communicate with internal teams assisting and providing information about your portfolio when needed.
- Proactively maintain your accounts ensuring they are up to date and running efficiently, anticipating any challenges before they arise (payments, meters and customer information).
About you:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Numerate with good analytical skills.
- Able to prioritise and manage your own workload with minimal supervision
- Microsoft Tools & CRM competent
Required Skills & Experience:
- Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office.
- Previous experience in managing customer accounts/profiles.
- High standard of telephone etiquette
- Experience in the utilities industry is desirable.
