We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a fantastic International financial Services firm as a Client Service Coordinator ( advisor / administrator ) based in Ellesmere Port. As the Client services advisor you will:
- Process new business applications, from initial submission to issue and payment.
- Handle claims processing.
- Address day-to-day queries from scheme members, employers, and HR.
- Refer complex issues or technical queries to Client Relationship Managers (CRMs).
- Update and record changes to members' personal details.
- Issue policy documents to scheme members.
- Process scheme leavers and joiners.
- Issue annual statements to scheme members.
- Upload monthly GPP premiums on product provider systems.
- Assist in processing group scheme renewals, including negotiating rates with providers.
- Prepare and issue invoices to employers.
- Collaborate with product providers, clients, and advisers as necessary.
- Ensure that all records, both computerized and manual, are kept up to date.
- Set up clients on an online benefits portal.
- Manage and update the online benefits portal with new joiners and member changes.
- Run monthly reports from the online benefits portal.
- Support in monitoring divisional Aged Debt reports.
- Maintain electronic filing in accordance with our paperless office procedures.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as required.
- Manage your own bank of clients once fully trained.
- Uphold all performance and competence standards required by the firm.
- Ensure clients receive relevant documentation in a timely manner.
- Complete any other reasonable tasks or duties as requested by Management.
Client services advisor you must:
- Act in good faith, ensuring that client interests are paramount, and avoid causing foreseeable harm.
- Support retail customers in achieving four key outcomes:
- Ensure products and services are fit for their intended purposes.
- Guarantee that products and services represent fair value.
- Equip clients to make informed financial decisions.
- Provide adequate support to meet clients' needs.
- Follow the firm's compliance processes and procedures, including T&C, complaints, financial crime, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, financial promotions, data security, data protection, conflicts of interest, inducements, record keeping, and best execution.
- Comply with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, the FCA's Conduct Rules, FCA Statements of Principle and Code of Practice, and relevant FCA rules.
- Ensure all client interactions are professional and courteous.
- Maintain client records in line with the firm's data security and record-keeping policies.
- Efficiently handle client queries.
