My client are an established successful business with long standing repeat clients who expect quality solutions, attention to detail, outstanding customer service and honesty and integrity.
They have a reputation for delivering complex travel arrangements to demanding clients with their client base across the world.
The company are privately owned with the directors closely involved on a day to day basis.
Whilst their business model is based around their consultants being responsible for all aspects of a clients booking from quotation through to confirmation, ticketing and operation, they now have a support role requirement. This involves working with their consultants to:
- Produce client ticket packs
- Booking ancillary travel arrangements
- Ensuring operational integrity of clients bookings
- Ensuring client special requests are met by their suppliers
- Issuing client tickets from 3rd party suppliers i.e. airlines, rail companies
- Taking and receipting client payments
The role is full time and office based
Salary dependant on experience in the range £22.5 - £26k
