Due to continued growth a well-respected property management company is looking for a Client Support Adviser to join the Block Management team in the busy Exeter office.
The role.
In this position you will be providing support to the Block Property Managers in managing a portfolio of properties in the Southwest region.
Key responsibilities.
- Producing and sending out correspondence to clients, leaseholders, site staff and contractors.
- Mail merges.
- Answering the telephone and dealing with general enquiries.
- Dealing with insurance claims.
- Printing financial reports.
- Supporting the team generally.
Skills and requirements.
- Must be organised, enthusiastic.
- Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.
- Excellent administration and IT skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life.
- Previous experience in Property Management or Lettings roles would be an advantage.
Salary and benefits.
- A basic salary of £21,000 depending on experience.
- A great opportunity to learn with scope for career progression in the industry.
- Monday to Friday working.
