Are you a cooling/refrigeration or air conditioning engineer looking to develop your sales and customer service skills or are you looking to expand upon your existing cooling sales experience? We have an exciting opportunity in the climate team in our branch based in Basildon, as a Climate Sales Specialist.
In this office based role you will be part of a specialist climate team and your main responsibilities will involve managing all the climate customers; you will be taking incoming queries, putting together and chasing quotes, processing orders, liaising with other branches as well as trying to increase business.
This role is working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 8am – 5pm.

- Climate (air conditioning and refrigeration) knowledge or experience is essential
- Trade and merchant background is desirable
- Exceptional customer service, ensuring the customers technical questions are answered
