Psymplicity has been, providing outpatient psychiatry, psychology and psychotherapy services to thousands of individuals, couples and families with a wide range of mental health concerns since 2014.
We work with individuals from all age groups referred to our clinic as well as having contracts in place with schools, universities and corporations to provide an array of services to their students and employees. Job description:
- You will work directly with the senior executive team optimising and servicing our core operational processes across our clinical recruitment, customer enquiry, existing customer care and clinical pathways with opportunities to be involved in IT / Business Process System Design, Data Analytics, Marketing, Clinical Care Pathways, Customer Care, General Operational roles dependent on skill, experience and interest.
Experience:
- You have a Bachelors degree in Psychology / other relevent Bachelors Degree at 2.1 level or above
- You have at least 2 years work experience in a relevent role
Skills/Qualities:
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You are a team player and enjoy supporting others in the workplace
- You are driven and passionate about the mental health field and a keen learner
- You are a hard worker who would enjoy a multi faceted fast paced stimulating work environment

Salary - First year salary of £25,000 to £37,500 dependent on experience
