Form of workGVC are providing recruitment support to a recognised veterinary hospital based in London who are actively recruiting for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their team as a Clinical Director.
As a key member of the team, you’d responsible for steering the overall direction and clinical ethos of the business and setting gold standards along the way.
We are seeking individuals with a strong grasp of team engagement, financial management, a genuine dedication to delivering exceptional client experiences, and a steadfast commitment to maintaining high clinical standards. While prior leadership experience would be advantageous, a willingness to mentor, lead change, and challenge conventional practices is highly desirable. Above all, the ability to prioritise the well-being of both people and pets is crucial.

Details of the role:
- Permanent Clinical Director
- 4 days per week - 1:4 Saturdays – No OOHs
- Career progression opportunities
- Depending on experience and qualifications - £85,000
- Certificates funded and supported
- Visa sponsorship available if required
- The practice prioritises mental health and wellbeing
Applicant requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must have the following or clearly be able to demonstrate your suitability for the advertised position should your application not meet the employer requirements.
- Relevant veterinary qualification from an accredited university in the country of the advertised position
- Up to date CPD
- Relevant language skills - English
- Licenced to provide veterinary care in the relevant country - RCVS
