Brief Position Description:
Senior Director Clinical Lead Management position is the senior leadership position for Clinical Services Division at Novotech. Senior Director Clinical Lead Management leads country/region Clinical Lead teams. It involves having functional responsibility over the operations performance, dealing with external issues relating to meeting client deliverables, project revenues, resource management, staff development and training.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in a clinical, pharmacy or life sciences related field.
- At least 15 years' experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry and 5 years in a management role.
- Experience and knowledge of end-to-end management of clinical trial conduct, knowledge of the clinical trial operations and regulatory components.
- Proven records of strategic and proactive thinking, strong scientific and analytical skills, decisiveness, and the ability to perform as a respectful leader.
- Capable to take leadership to manage large-size clinical services teams in diverse cultures and/or different functions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Clinical Lead Management team.
- Provide financial oversight, reporting, and implementing business efficiencies so that operating costs are well contained, and target revenues are achieved in clinical services area.
- Strategic planning and management of Clinical Lead structure, function, resourcing, processes, and project deliverables.
- Provide input to Management on matters of policy and general operational issues and company growth
- Drive innovation initiatives including designing and implementing new systems/processes into Novotech operations.
- Develop and implement an efficient business model from innovative solutions to enhance capabilities and service offerings.
- In-depth understanding of new and emerging trends across the clinical trial sector of new innovations in drug development.
