We are currently recruiting ADULT - Nurses (RGN, RMN, or RNLD), Paramedics, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists for Disability Assessor positions across the UK. Recognized by the NMC / HCPC as a clinical role, you can maintain your pin/registration.

As a Disability Assessor, you will not be involved in treatment, diagnosing, decision making, or hands-on care. Instead, you'll apply and enhance your clinical knowledge and skills by completing in-depth assessments and writing accurate, detailed reports. There are two components to this role:
Back-Office:
Reviewing PIP cases and completing paper-based reviews (PBRs). You will be the first to review a PIP case, including terminally ill cases, and gather further medical evidence as required.
Front-Office:
Conducting Face-to-Face/Telephone assessments with individuals with various physical, mental health, and/or learning disabilities. You will then compile comprehensive reports based on your findings.
Essential Person Specification:
- No previous Assessor experience required; training provided.
- Qualified Adult Nurse, Paramedic, Physiotherapist, or Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 1-year post-qualification experience.
- Active registration with NMC/HCPC with no pending or restrictions on practice.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with the public.
- Suitable home workspace to facilitate role requirements.
