CLINICAL LEAD / NURSE MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead / Nurse Manager to work for our client who operates several nursing homes across the North of the UK. This home is noit too far from the Blackpool area and has recently undergone a big renovation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a service grow and also to make a difference to older people's lives. They are offering a very competitive salary c 50,000 DOE plus lots of other perks/benefits

The Role:
As the Clinical Lead / Nurse Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Support the Registered Manager with overseeing day to day operations in the home
• Staff management to ensure staff are adhering to policies and procedures
• Work with service users and families to ensure person-centred care
• Helping with rotas, supervisions, care plans, training, quality assurance and medication management

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Clinical Lead role should have:

• At least 2 years in a management role
• A valid NMC pin
• At least 2 years of nursing experience
