About the role
The Department of Social Policy and Intervention is seeking a part time Administration and Finance Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support with a focus on internal and external communications coordination and general responsibility for the administrative support for a large-scale study aiming to improve outcomes for children affected by HIV/AIDS in South Africa. The role will work closely with teams in Oxford and South Africa, led by the Principal Investigator (PI), Professor Lucie Cluver.
Our team welcomes applications from people with caring responsibilities, and we are flexible to family and other commitments. The post-holder will be expected to spend a minimum of three days per week in the office.
About you
You will have experience of financial Administration and managing general administrative processes and will be able to interpret, apply and communicate regulations and procedures. You will have experience of managing your own workload, working independently, and working to deadlines. Preferably you will have experience of working within an HE institution.
