Administration Assistant
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Job Type: Permanent/Part Time
Mon to Fri 10.00am to 2.00pm
Due to an exciting period of growth & expansion within our company, an opportunity has arisen to join a busy office as an Admin. Assistant.
Day to Day duties will include the following:
- Emailing invoices to customers. Answering incoming calls from customers & suppliers. Resolving queries received by email/telephone. Ordering stationery. Chasing customers for POD’s and then filing them. Checking pricing queries. Running sales reports on XRL.
Key Requirements:
- Good verbal & written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Excel & Outlook. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborative, but also able to work independently. Ability to work under pressure.
Experience in using Pegasus Opera would be advantageous but is not essential.
