A prestigious and rapidly growing law firm, specialising in personal injury and clinical negligence cases is currently seeking NQ-5 year PQE Solicitors with either Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury experience to join various teams in their Central London office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of Serious Injury and/or clinical negligence cases from inception to completion, whilst assisting partners on high value complex injury files.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Collaborate with other solicitors within the team, experts, and medical professionals to build strong cases.
- Attend court hearings, negotiations, and mediations on behalf of clients.
- Provide exceptional client service, maintaining regular communication and updates throughout the legal process.
- Stay updated with changes in legislation and legal developments related to Serious Injury and clinical negligence law.
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales, with experience in Serious Injury/Clinical Negligence
- Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills.
