The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join a Leading Boutique, Tier 2 Law Firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to individuals.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Clinical Negligence department, it is now seeking to appoint a Solicitor to take on some excellent cases and work on them from inception to trial.
The ideal candidate will be 0-5 years PQE and have experience handling a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims, investigating and litigating cases under supervision. You will also be proficient in representing clients before District Judges regarding matters of Clinical Negligence.
This firm currently has a team of experts and are keen to speak to likeminded people, who are passionate about Clinical Negligence and client care.
The Candidate
- 0-5year PQE Clinical Negligence Solicitor
- Experience of working on a Litigated caseload
- Experience of drafting legal documentation
- Prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
