Your role is pivotal, overseeing all induction programs for new managers and colleagues, sculpting the next wave of leaders. Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
Location: Whitbread Court, Dunstable, LU5 5XE. (3 days minimum at our Whitbread Campus)

What You’ll Do
- Work with our Talent team and People Partners to meet the development needs of our high potential individuals.
- Deliver, update and refresh line manager programmes, where possible aligning the content across the business.
- Manage third party providers in the creation of training content to ensure the solution is fit for purpose.
- Continuously researching externally for best practice, new innovative practices and suppliers that help us build an industry leading development offer.
What We Need
- Expert management development knowledge and experience, with a strong background in L&D models, techniques, and practices.
- Ability to write accurate and detailed documents e.g., training guides, C-Level content.
- Experience in developing, managing, and promoting a learning curriculum to a large audience (ideally with more than 5,000 employees) Flexible yet precise communication style for a broad audience, from team members to our C-Level management.
