Clinical Nurse Manager

TTM Healthcare Solutions is currently seeking a to recruit a dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager for a well-established friendly and welcoming Nursing Home Group for one of their Residential Care Homes based in Meath.

This 24 bedded Residential Care Home provides full time care, focusing on respite, convalescence and long-term residential care. This is a perfect career opportunity for anyone with Clinical Nurse management experience, seeking the next move.

This is a full-time permanent contract working 39 hours per week.

Requirements:

NMBI Registered

A post-registration management qualification in health or a related field.

Not less than 3 years' experience of nursing older persons within the last 6 years

Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to inspire and motivate teams and individuals to benefit patient care.

Evidence of continuous professional development

Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage within approved resources and offer strategic and operational leadership.
