The bit about us
Founded in 2019, by 3 hugely motivated entrepreneurs whose mission was clear - business should be a force for good. And by good we mean; we consider people and planet as well as profit. We are very proud to be a certified B Corp!
We currently manage 400,000 sq ft of hospitality focused co-working, event, and exclusive Clubspaces for over 3,000 members. We operate across the UK, (London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Milton Keynes) with plans to launch more sites in 2024.
The bit about you
As General Manager you will be responsible for the performance of all our Member Clubspaces and wider F&B interests across the x+why portfolio.
Your operational and people skills will be through the roof amazing – you enjoy collaborating with stakeholders, can drive revenue creation ideas and most importantly you understand what is needed to make this a destination for fun, connection, and inspiration.
Experience with member engagement, team management, finance (budgets/reporting), events, supply chain and Health & Safety, within an exclusive hospitality setting is preferred.
