Cnc Machinist

Hello,My client is a respected company that designs & builds test cell equipment to suit a broad range of applications including; Engines, Powertrain, Electrification, Emissions & HVAC. Due to continued growth of the business they are looking for a Machinist to join their Malvern based team.ROLE:* This is a key role ensuring that the production of components is made on time and meets the specification in compliance with drawings.* Reporting to the Production Supervisor, in this role you will be working as part of a small team in the machine shop.* In this role you will be required to programme, setting and operating a variety of CNC machines within the machine shop environment, produce components to required tolerances and quality standards right first time and maintain finishing components to the highest quality standards.* This role would suit someone who likes working as part of a small team and is capable of setting and maintaining excellent housekeeping standards within the department.SKILLS:* Experience of setting and operating CNC machine within a machine shop environment.* Ability to manufacture precision components.* Fully understand engineering drawings in terms of tolerances, surface finish.* Machining Apprenticeship or time served experience required.* Enjoys working under pressure.* Thinks methodically and enjoys problem solving.BENEFITS:* Company pension* Flexitime* Free parking* Life insurance* On-site parking* Sick payJOB TYPE: FULL TIME, PERMANENTHOURS: MON-FRI (39 HOURS) + OVERTIME AVAILABLELOCATION: MALVERNSALARY: £10.50 - £11.50 P/HPLEASE RESPOND TO ME WITH YOUR MOST UP TO DATE CV TO BE CONSIDERED
