Cnc Setter Operator

CNC Programmer Setter Operator positions available at a highly respected sub-con precision machining company serving diverse sectors, including aerospace, Oil & Gas, MOD, and Marine
Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Time-served machining apprenticeship or relevant experience
• Proficiency with Fanuc (G-Code) controls.
• Familiarity with setting Mill/Turn or Lathe machines.
• Strong understanding of cutting data for machining a variety of materials
• Experience in programming.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Time-served apprentice ONC, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in sub-con precision machining.
• Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
• Team player.
• Familiarity with milling or Lathe processes.
• Experience working to ISO9001 standards.

• Machine to tight tolerances
• One off's and small batch work

• Must have experience editing programs, setting and operating CNC mills.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
